Invites You to Join Us in
Historic Cooperstown, NY for
MAI 2008
The Mid-Atlantic Institute Meeting
April 3-6, 2008
We invite Senators from New York, the Mid-Atlantic region and across the nation to attend the
annual meeting of Regions Two and Three of the U.S. JCI Senate, to be held April 3-6 at the
Howard Johnson Inn & Suites, Cooperstown.

The weekend offers you an opportunity to meet and socialize with your fellow Senators,
participate in the election of National Vice Presidents and other Senate business and to visit
Cooperstown - a charming village that is home to world-class museums and shopping
opportunities at a unique collection of stores and boutiques.
The Meeting
First and foremost, MAI is the meeting of the
Mid-Atlantic Institute - the alliance of Region Two,
consisting of Delaware, New Jersey, New York and
Pennsylvania; and Region Three, consisting of
Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and the District of
Columbia.

We'll have a business meeting on Saturday
morning, surrounded by days of touring historic
Cooperstown and nights of Senate hospitality at our
hotel.  We'll honor outgoing National Vice
Presidents, elect new ones and hear from the
candidates for national office in 2008-2009.

Entertainment is planned, but Senators are famous
for making their own fun.
